Ofer\u0103 \u00eentregii planete un model alternativ demonstrat, nu teoretic. Asta face din proiectul european, \u00een toat\u0103 imperfec\u021biunea \u0219i lentoarea lui, ceva ce merit\u0103 ap\u0103rat cu o luciditate pe care entuziasmul naiv nu o poate produce. Pentru actorii emergen\u021bi, ea este o oportunitate de afirmare \u00eentr-un spa\u021biu \u00een care criteriile de evaluare sunt mai transparente \u0219i mai pu\u021bin dependente de capitalul social acumulat \u00een interiorul culturii organiza\u021bionale. \u00centr-o epoc\u0103 \u00een care cultura circul\u0103 cu viteze exponen\u021biale, iar validarea se produce \u00een timp real, mecanismele tradi\u021bionale de legitimare devin insuficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Cultura contemporan\u0103 nu mai poate fi administrat\u0103 ca patrimoniu elitist, nu pentru c\u0103 ideea de \u201ecertificare\u201d ar fi devenit sau nu obligatorie \u00een c\u00e2mpul cultural al prezentului, ci pentru c\u0103 \u00eens\u0103\u0219i natura artei s-a transformat: ea este produs\u0103, circulat\u0103 \u0219i reinterpretat\u0103 continuu de comunit\u0103\u021bi largi.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-16018d1d wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-secondary\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/revistacultura.ro\/cultura-de-masa-nu-refuza-traditia-refuza-validarea-centralizata-si-institutionalizata\/\" style=\"border-width:1px;font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">articolul integral<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/revistacultura.ro\/cultura-fara-public-de-ce-sala-plina-a-devenit-o-fictiune-institutionala\/\"><strong><strong>Cultura f\u0103r\u0103 public. <\/strong><\/strong><br><strong><strong>De ce \u201esala plin\u0103\u201d a devenit <\/strong><\/strong><br><strong><strong>o fic\u021biune institu\u021bional\u0103<\/strong><\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un indiciu relevant al semnifica\u021biei culturale contemporane nu mai este ast\u0103zi ritualul prezen\u021bei, ci capacitatea de circula\u021bie (&#8230;) Invocarea \u201es\u0103lii pline\u201d ca argument al relevan\u021bei devine, \u00een acest context, problematic\u0103. Chiar \u0219i audien\u021be de ordinul sutelor sau al c\u00e2torva mii de persoane \u00eentr\u2011un ora\u0219 de milioane r\u0103m\u00e2n marginale la scara unei societ\u0103\u021bi conectate, obi\u0219nuite cu vizibilitate de ordinul zecilor sau sutelor de mii. Prestigiul spa\u021biului nu compenseaz\u0103 diferen\u021ba de impact public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00centr\u2011un orizont apropiat, alocarea fondurilor publice ar trebui s\u0103 se fundamenteze pe criterii de impact obiectiv determinabile: acces, circula\u021bie, relevan\u021b\u0103 social\u0103, persisten\u021b\u0103 \u0219i capacitatea de a produce efecte culturale la scar\u0103 larg\u0103.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-16018d1d wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-secondary\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/revistacultura.ro\/cultura-fara-public-de-ce-sala-plina-a-devenit-o-fictiune-institutionala\/\" style=\"border-width:1px;font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">articolul integral<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/revistacultura.ro\/critica-de-intampinare-un-gest-de-politete-culturala-nu-un-act-hermeneutic\/\"><strong>Critica de \u00eent\u00e2mpinare: un gest de polite\u021be cultural\u0103, nu un act hermeneutic<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un num\u0103r semnificativ de texte curatoriale sau cronici expozi\u021bionale manifest\u0103 o preocupare constant\u0103 de a nu introduce discontinuit\u0103\u021bi: discursul este calibrat astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 nu perturbe pozi\u021bia institu\u021biei, capitalul simbolic al artistului sau confortul interpretativ al publicului. Se prefer\u0103 evocarea atmosferei, apelul la concepte larg circulante \u2013 memorie, identitate, fragmente, dialog \u2013 care func\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca un lexic generalist, susceptibil de a fi aplicat aproape oric\u0103rui eveniment artistic. Aceast\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103 specific\u0103 m\u0103 face sensibil la un aspect al problemei pe care criticile nord-atlantice ale algoritmului \u00eel rateaz\u0103 adesea: efectele de omogenizare nu sunt uniforme geografic. Un adolescent din Re\u0219i\u021ba poate accesa, prin YouTube, un concert de muzic\u0103 clasic\u0103 de la Viena sau un curs universitar de filosofie \u2014 acces pe care institu\u021biile culturale locale nu l-ar fi putut oferi niciodat\u0103. Aceast\u0103 deschidere este real\u0103. Dar ea opereaz\u0103 \u00een cadrul aceluia\u0219i sistem: descoperi muzic\u0103 clasic\u0103 pentru c\u0103 algoritmul a detectat un tipar \u00een comportamentul t\u0103u \u0219i a calculat c\u0103 probabilitatea de engagement este suficient de mare. Emanciparea \u0219i captura nu sunt etape succesive \u2014 sunt fe\u021be simultane ale aceluia\u0219i proces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Orice experien\u021b\u0103 cultural\u0103 autentic\u0103 implic\u0103 o triad\u0103 de condi\u021bii: aten\u021bie, inten\u021bie \u0219i mesaj. Aten\u021bia trebuie s\u0103 fie liber\u0103 \u2014 orientat\u0103 de subiect, nu capturat\u0103 de sistem. Inten\u021bia trebuie s\u0103 apar\u021bin\u0103 privitorului, nu s\u0103 fie un efect al algoritmului care a calculat probabilitatea de interac\u021biune. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, la nivel local \u0219i na\u021bional, ea este redus\u0103, am\u00e2nat\u0103 sau restructurat\u0103. La evenimentele din cadrul festivalului au participat, la ultima edi\u021bie, aproximativ 20.000 de oameni, ie\u0219eni \u0219i neie\u0219eni, ba unii veni\u021bi chiar din Europa pentru a se \u00eent\u00e2lni cu un scriitor pe care-l admir\u0103. C\u00e2nd doar ne imaginam festivalul, \u00eenainte de 2013, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu Dan Lungu \u0219i Florin L\u0103z\u0103rescu, n-aveam cum s\u0103 credem c\u0103 ar putea genera vreodat\u0103 asemenea energii. Iar, dac\u0103 modelul european este ca asemenea finan\u021b\u0103ri (\u0219i stimuli pentru ong-uri sau ini\u021biative private) s\u0103 se mute de la na\u021bional la local, doar c\u00e2teva ora\u0219e din \u021bar\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i pot asuma cu suficient\u0103 relevan\u021b\u0103 un asemenea rol.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Evaluarea activit\u0103\u021bii cultural-artistice din Bucure\u0219ti este o misiune imposibil\u0103. Unele dintre organiza\u021bii au bugete transparente sau raport\u0103ri fiscale relevante, dar altele nici nu au o asemenea obliga\u021bie. Totodat\u0103, nici activitatea acestora, num\u0103rul de beneficiari, cel al colaboratorilor etc. nu sunt u\u0219or de centralizat. Cert este c\u0103 activitatea cultural-artistic\u0103 a Bucure\u0219tiului este mult mai dinamic\u0103 \u0219i mai vibrant\u0103 dec\u00e2t o las\u0103 s\u0103 se vad\u0103 multe statistici care segmenteaz\u0103 acest domeniu.
