Dou\u0103 studii de referin\u021b\u0103 publicate la \u00eenceputul anului 2026, \u201e2026 Edelman Trust Barometer\u201d \u0219i \u201eBarometrul Informat.ro\u201d realizat de INSCOP Research, ofer\u0103 o radiografie detaliat\u0103 a acestui fenomen, subliniind o fractur\u0103 tot mai ad\u00e2nc\u0103 \u00eentre cet\u0103\u021beni \u0219i institu\u021bii, precum \u0219i o viziune pesimist\u0103 asupra viitorului.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Direc\u021bia \u00een care merge \u021bara este un indicator mult mai interesant dec\u00e2t pare. Multe sondaje \u00eel folosesc mai degrab\u0103 ca \u00eentrebare introductiv\u0103,&nbsp;\u201ede \u00eenc\u0103lzire\u201d, dar el este \u00een realitate un semnal destul de sofisticat al climatului de lini\u0219te sau de tulburare social\u0103. Desigur, \u00een general rom\u00e2nii nu au fost foarte optimi\u0219ti privind direc\u021bia \u00een care merge \u021bara, dar fondul de sup\u0103rare accentuat\u0103 din ultimii ani a dus la minime istorice procentul celor optimi\u0219ti. Importan\u021ba justi\u021biei \u0219i percep\u021biile privind independen\u021ba ei politic\u0103<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cea mai alarmant\u0103 concluzie a sondajului de opinie, realizat \u00een perioada 12-15 ianuarie 2026, vizeaz\u0103 modul \u00een care legea este aplicat\u0103 cet\u0103\u021benilor. Doar 16.6% dintre rom\u00e2ni mai cred c\u0103 legea este aplicat\u0103 \u00een mod egal pentru to\u021bi, o sc\u0103dere vizibil\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de luna aprilie a anului 2025, c\u00e2nd acest indicator se situa la 19.8%. \u00cen contrapondere, sentimentul de inechitate s-a accentuat masiv: 80.2% dintre responden\u021bi consider\u0103 c\u0103 legea este aplicat\u0103 \u00een mod egal doar \u00een mic\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103, foarte mic\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103 sau deloc. Aceast\u0103 cre\u0219tere este semnificativ\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de pragul de 68.5% \u00eenregistrat \u00een aprilie 2025, indic\u00e2nd o degradare accelerat\u0103 a \u00eencrederii \u00een echitatea actului de justi\u021bie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Egalitatea \u00een fa\u021ba legii \u0219i corectitudinea justi\u021biei sunt elemente esen\u021biale pentru un stat \u0219i pentru o na\u021biune. Egalitatea \u00een fa\u021ba legii reprezint\u0103 nucleul oric\u0103rei democra\u021bii consolidate, fiind fundamentul pe care se construie\u0219te \u00eencrederea dintre cet\u0103\u021bean \u0219i stat. Din perspectiv\u0103 strategic\u0103, aplicarea impar\u021bial\u0103 a normelor constituie principalul mecanism de descurajare a comportamentelor antisociale. Dac\u0103 Justi\u021bia ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca un arbitru echidistant, respectul fa\u021b\u0103 de lege devine o norm\u0103 social\u0103 internalizt\u0103, nu doar o obliga\u021bie impus\u0103. Atunci c\u00e2nd Justi\u021bia nu este func\u021bional\u0103 (sau este perceput\u0103 ca disfunc\u021bional\u0103), impactul include stimularea comportamentelor antisociale \u0219i chiar disolu\u021bia comunitar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efectele ne\u00eencrederii \u00een justi\u021bie trec dincolo de retorica politic\u0103. Astfel, Oscarurile, care timp de decenii au fost cele mai importante premii la nivel mondial, \u00ee\u0219i v\u0103d erodat\u0103 pozi\u021bia de c\u0103tre trofeele care includ \u0219i produc\u021biile de televiziune \u2013 Emmy \u0219i \u00een primul r\u00e2nd Globurile de Aur. Asta chiar dac\u0103 aceste produc\u021bii nu mai sunt \u00een primul r\u00e2nd date pe tv, ci pe re\u021belele de streaming cu abonament, iar pe tv, on-air, ajung, ocazional, abia dup\u0103 c\u00e2\u021biva ani, la fel ca \u0219i filmele cinematografice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Importan\u021ba Globurilor de Aur a crescut de la an la an \u00een ultimul deceniu \u0219i la fel a crescut \u0219i competi\u021bia. Concuren\u021ba dintre principalii produc\u0103tori \u2013 Netflix, HBO, Apple, Amazon, Paramount \u2013 a devenit tot mai mare, iar interesul tot mai consistent, dat fiind c\u0103 \u00een actualul model produc\u0103torul controleaz\u0103 \u0219i distribu\u021bia.
