Totu\u015fi, cele mai elevate spirite care s-au ridicat de-a lungul vremii din p\u0103m\u00e2nturile r\u0103scolite de istorii (mai mult neprielnice) ale provinciei rom\u00e2ne\u015fti au purtat \u00een cuv\u00e2ntul lor greutatea, gravitatea unui misionarism na\u0163ional care nu trebuie \u00een\u0163eles numaidec\u00e2t \u00eentr-o accep\u0163iune politicianist\u0103. Spiritul unei culturi edificat\u0103 \u00een iubirea de neam \u015fi de glie a vibrat constant \u00een seva versurilor, \u00een istorisirile despre oameni \u015fi faptele lor, ca \u015fi \u00een g\u00e2ndirea filosofic\u0103, d\u00e2nd sens profund firului existen\u0163ial al unei tradi\u0163ii care s-a perpetuat p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een actualitatea imediat\u0103. Unul dintre c\u0103rturarii ce ilustreaz\u0103 deplin acest filon mesianic este Ion Brad. \u201ePort \u00een mine Ardealul \u2013 se m\u0103rturise\u015fte domnia sa \u00eentr-o poem\u0103 u\u015for patetic\u0103 \u2013 Ca pe al doilea suflet,\/ Ca pe-o m\u0103n\u0103stire de oase.\/ M-ad\u0103postesc sub stejarii\/ Cu nume istorice.\/ Cine i-a \u00eensemnat?\/ P\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd le tremur\u0103 frunzele\/ De respira\u0163ia noastr\u0103?\/ La Judecata de-Apoi\/ Voi fi \u00eentrebat\/ C\u00e2te lumini am ars\/ Acestui p\u0103m\u00e2nt\/ Negru de s\u00e2nge?\/ \u015ei ce vor r\u0103spunde\/ Aceste versuri\/ Risipite pe dealuri ca mor\u0163ii\/ C\u0103zu\u0163i l\u00e2ng\u0103 focuri de veghe?\/ T\u0103ce\u0163i voi g\u00e2nduri! T\u0103ce\u0163i cuvinte!\/ Rug\u0103ciuni \u015fi clopote \u00eemi cutremur\u0103 fiin\u0163a.\/ Al doilea suflet m-apas\u0103,\/ M\u0103 ridic\u0103 la ceruri\u201c (Al doilea suflet). E asumat\u0103 astfel o sacr\u0103 \u00eendatorire de a fi rezonerul acestor fapte istorice, a frumoaselor peisaje de \u015fes ori de munte ale \u0162\u0103rii Ardealului, a oamenilor \u015fi satelor sale, \u00een deosebi de pe valea T\u00e2rnavelor (\u201eT\u00e2rnava sc\u00e2nteie \u00een z\u0103ri dep\u0103rtate \/\u2026\/ Sunt visurile mele scrise-n carte\/ C-un spin, pe-o frunz\u0103, l\u00e2ng\u0103 nuci, \u00een vii\u201c \u2013 C\u00e2ntec scris pe-o frunz\u0103 de nuc), de unde \u00ee\u015fi trage ob\u00e2r\u015fia (\u201eare \u015fi T\u00e2rnava un poet\u201c), cu Blajul ca o cetate spiritual\u0103 \u00een care \u00eensu\u015fi a c\u0103lcat pe urmele ilu\u015ftrilor corifei ai Iluminismului (\u201eNoi to\u0163i, seto\u015fi, copiii din satele b\u0103tr\u00e2ne,\/ Din case cu opai\u0163e. Prin nop\u0163i ad\u00e2nci porni\u0163i,\/ Am \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at aicea la Blaj c\u0103 ne r\u0103m\u00e2ne\/ Ca turn \u00eenalt doar crezul de-a fi \u00een veci uni\u0163i\u201c \u2013 \u015eapte coline).<br \/>\nO ampl\u0103 selec\u0163ie din toate volumele de poezie publicate p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent \u2013 Poetul \u015fi criticii s\u0103i, (vol.I-III, Editura Eikon, Cluj-Napoca, 2014) are darul de a contura, \u00een \u00eentreg,\u00a0 profilul s\u0103u liric, distinct \u015fi elevat, ce s-a impus \u00een literatura rom\u00e2n\u0103 de dup\u0103 cel de-Al Doilea R\u0103zboi, continu\u00e2nd \u015fi azi, la o v\u00e2rst\u0103 \u00eenaintat\u0103, s\u0103 scrie cu con\u015ftiin\u0163a \u00eendeplinirii unei voca\u0163ii \u015fi a unei misiuni \u00een\u0103l\u0163\u0103toare: \u201eS\u0103 scaperi p\u00e2n-la ultimul carat\/ C\u00e2nd oamenii \u00ee\u015fi caut\u0103 anume\/ \u00cen tine chipul lor transfigurat\/ \u015ei \u0163ara \u00eens\u0103\u015fi te-a chemat pe nume\/\/ R\u0103spunde \u015fi de-al ierbii fir,\/ De prospe\u0163imea ce \u00een inimi doare,\/ Pe care s-o \u00eenal\u0163i \u015fi s-o resfiri\/ Pe marile cet\u0103\u0163i frem\u0103t\u0103toare.\/\/ \u00centoarce-te mereu p\u00e2n-la izvor\/ Smerit, cu pasul r\u00e2ului ce vine\u2026\u201c (R\u0103spunderi).<br \/>\nPoezia lui Ion Brad este vibrant sentimental\u0103, \u00een sensul tr\u0103irii unei emo\u0163ii sincere \u00een tot ce scrie, evocatoare \u015fi ceremonioas\u0103 \u00een acela\u015fi timp, dezvolt\u00e2nd teme \u015fi motive de rezonan\u0163\u0103 etern\u0103 (Grecia \u00eei ofer\u0103, de asemenea, cu tezaurul s\u0103u mitologic, necontenite motive de reflec\u0163ie), cu \u201eumilin\u0163a cre\u015ftin\u0103\u201c (Eugen Simion) a unui spirit clasic, ce-\u015fi revendic\u0103 descenden\u0163a din tradi\u0163ia liric\u0103 a unor Goga \u015fi Iosif, dar nu mai pu\u0163in din Blaga \u015fi Cotru\u015f. Poetul e un temperament calm, echilibrat, mereu tentat a reflecta asupra propriului destin, fie c\u0103 se afl\u0103 \u00een floarea tinere\u0163ii, marcat de impetuoase angajamente vitale (\u201eNu fl\u0103c\u0103rile ce-mi mocaneau \u00een s\u00e2nge\/ Ca poftele vulcanilor prea tineri\/ M\u0103-mpinser\u0103 pe drumul ce st\u00e2rne\u015fte\/ \u00cen orice om orgoliul nemuririi \/\u2026\/\u00a0 Datornic soarelui, \u00eei port \u00een vine\/ Triste\u0163ea de-a \u00eenvinge totdeauna,\/ Neistovita sete de-a lupta\/ Cu mine \u00eensumi \u2013 leul biruit,\/ Biruitor al mor\u0163ii \u015fi-al cruzimii\u201c \u2013 Apolog), fie c\u0103 se afl\u0103 la v\u00e2rst\u0103 crepuscular\u0103, c\u00e2nd fireasca privire retrospectiv\u0103 asupra drumului creator, prin timp, \u00eei treze\u015fte nelini\u015fti dar \u015fi \u00eemp\u0103c\u0103ri de sine \u00eentr-o raportare la genera\u0163iile ce vin: \u201e\u00cen mine simt, tot mai str\u0103in, murind\/ Un om b\u0103tr\u00e2n. Ce mo\u015ftenire-mi las\u0103?\/ Pove\u015fti dintr-o p\u0103dure de argint\/ \u015ei b\u00e2rnele b\u0103tr\u00e2ne de la cas\u0103. \/\/ Am r\u0103t\u0103cit c\u00e2ndva prin codrul des\/ \u015ei-n cas\u0103 am crescut sp\u0103rg\u00e2nd tavanul\u2026\/ Din toate-acuma ce s-a mai ales\/ C\u00e2nd via\u0163a se m\u0103soar\u0103 doar cu anul?\/\/ Sun\u0103 copacii stranii \u00een auz\/ \u015ei grinzile trosnesc de-at\u00e2tea carii.\/ Pe-aproape-a\u015fteapt\u0103 ultimul refuz\/ \u015ei stavila din suflet la avarii.\/\/ Acesta sunt, de parc\u0103 nici n-am fost.\/ Dac\u0103-ntreba\u0163i de mine voi, urma\u015fii,\/ C\u0103 sunte\u0163i, e supremul lumii rost\/ \u015ei singurul tipar ce-l las\u0103 pa\u015fii\u201c (Inscrip\u0163ie). Tr\u0103ie\u015fte odat\u0103 cu natura marile evenimente fiin\u0163iale, \u00een prim\u0103veri febrile sau \u00een toamne melancolice, cu decant\u0103ri ale iubirilor r\u0103scolitoare: \u201e\u015ei-au aprins gutuile \u00een pom\/ Felinarele p\u00e2lp\u00e2itoare \u2013 \/ La lumina lor vedea-ne-vom\/ Fe\u0163ele \u00eencinse de paloare?\/\/ Toamna asta prea gr\u0103bit\u0103-n ploi\/ Iar ne fur\u0103 strugurii, m\u0103cie\u015fii,\/ Ne surprinde, ca \u00een var\u0103, goi,\/ Noi dezmo\u015fteni\u0163ii, noi ale\u015fii.\/\/ \u00cen s\u0103rut nu-s struguri, nu-s gutui,\/ Numai clara mea singur\u0103tate \u2013\/ O fantom\u0103 cald\u0103 ce-o \u00eencui\/ Sub pecetea gurii \u00eenghe\u0163ate\u201c (Gutui). Sentimentul acesta al singur\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii, al \u00eensingur\u0103rii (\u201eNu po\u0163i fi \u00een v\u00e2rf de munte\/ Dec\u00e2t singur, singur, singur\u201c \u2013 Nu po\u0163i fi), purt\u00e2nd, pe meleaguri dep\u0103rtate, dorul de cas\u0103, de vatra p\u0103rinteasc\u0103 (\u201eAdie \u00een noi sufletul vetrelor\u201c \u2013 Transilvane cet\u0103\u0163i f\u0103r\u0103 somn), fertilizeaz\u0103 rostirea-i mereu aduc\u0103toare de amintiri (\u201eUn vis cu scutul de aram\u0103,\/ Un dor ce greu po\u0163i s\u0103-l \u00eenduri,\/ La Alba-Iulia m\u0103 cheam\u0103\/ Ca tulnicul peste p\u0103duri\u201c \u2013 Un vis), \u00een versuri r\u0103scolitoare de istorii \u015fi \u00eenchin\u0103toare trecutului ce pulseaz\u0103 \u00een tot cuprinsul firii: \u201eAici, unde \u015fi clipa e fa\u0163a unui veac,\/ \u00cen \u0163ara ce prive\u015fte cu ochi \u015fi sori de rou\u0103\/ \u015ei fiecare piatr\u0103-i hrisov romano-dac\/ \u015ei fiecare frunte e o cetate nou\u0103.\/\/ Unde vorbesc izvoare cu stelele-n f\u00e2nt\u00e2ni\/ \u00cemprosp\u0103t\u00e2nd ardoarea de-nalt \u015fi profunzime,\/ La v\u00e2rsta demnit\u0103\u0163ii c\u00e2nd singuri noi st\u0103p\u00e2ni\/ Ne cump\u0103nim lumina la r\u0103u ca \u015fi la bine \/\u2026\/ Aici dau clipei totul s\u0103 schimbe \u00een durat\u0103.\/ Aici, \u00een chipul \u0163\u0103rii, a chipul meu firesc,\/ Iluminat de ape, \u00eencins de foc \u015fi par\u0103,\/ C\u00e2nd sub cetatea frun\u0163ii mari fl\u0103c\u0103ri str\u0103juiesc\u201c (Aici).<br \/>\nAccentele dramatice ale acestei lirici, \u00een general temperate, vin dintr-o tr\u0103ire biblic\u0103 a fiin\u0163ialit\u0103\u0163ii, v\u0103zut\u0103 din perspectiva smereniei cre\u015ftine ce culmineaz\u0103 cu rostirea patetic\u0103 a rug\u0103ciunii \u0163\u0103ranului rostuitor \u00een permanen\u0163a lumii: \u201eTat\u0103l nostru,\/ zugr\u0103vit \u00een biserici, sub bol\u0163ile scunde, sfioase,\/ cu chip smochinit, mai b\u0103tr\u00e2n\/ dec\u00e2t al str\u0103bunicului meu, cu pletele tot albe,\/ sp\u0103late-n le\u015fie, cl\u0103tite-n izvor:\/ Carele e\u015fti \u00een ceruri,\/ judec\u0103torule aspru, s\u0103 vezi mai bine p\u0103m\u00e2ntul\/ pe care ni l-ai dat s\u0103-l stropim\/ cu sudoare, cu s\u00e2nge, cu lacrimi,\/ Sfin\u0163easc\u0103-se numele T\u0103u\/ scris prescurtat pe crucile de la r\u0103scruci (\u2026) Vie \u00eemp\u0103r\u0103\u0163ia Ta\/ mai bun\u0103 dec\u00e2t cele \u00eendurate de noi\/ cei risipi\u0163i prin \u0163intirimuri uitate\/ ori r\u0103sturnate cu plugul, n\u0103p\u0103dite de ierburi;\/ Fac\u0103-se voia Ta\u2026! \u015e.a.m.d. (Tat\u0103l nostru \u0163\u0103r\u0103nesc). Dar Ion Brad nu este un poet religios, \u00een accep\u0163iunea teologic\u0103 a conceptului. Poetizarea unor motive biblice arat\u0103 mai degrab\u0103 capacitatea de a rezona emo\u0163ional cu o mitologie sacr\u0103, divin\u0103.<br \/>\nPe aceea\u015fi coordonat\u0103 a medita\u0163iei \u00eentru cele ve\u015fnice trebuie relevate \u015fi poeziile de medita\u0163ie asupra sf\u00e2r\u015fitului, pe care \u015fi-l presimte (omene\u015fte vorbind) aproape. Sunt poezii de o mare sensibilitate \u015fi de o vibra\u0163ie dramatic\u0103 profund\u0103, \u00eencorpor\u00e2nd melancolia \u00eentoarcerii spre satul natal, spre cei din semin\u0163ia sa, trecu\u0163i de-acum \u015fi ei \u00een p\u0103m\u00e2ntul din care vor fi fost z\u0103misli\u0163i: \u201e\u00cen urna mea \u00eemi a\u015feza\u0163i cenu\u015fa\/ Fierbinte \u00eenc\u0103, timp \u00eeng\u00e2ndurat,\/ \u015ei cimitirul vechi deschide u\u015fa\/ Prin care trec spre to\u0163i ai mei din sat.\/\/ Vezi, parc\u0103-mi zice iar\u0103\u015fi str\u0103bunicul,\/ P\u0103zindu-\u015fi boii lui subp\u0103m\u00e2nteni,\/ M\u0103 cau\u0163i \u00een zadar unde nimicul\/ Nu are nume, nu \u015ftii cum s\u0103-i chemi.\/\/ \u015ei tata Licu-mi iese \u00eenainte\/ \u00cen vechea lui manta de-o\u015ftean cr\u0103iesc.\/ E doar t\u0103cere vorba lui cuminte\/ \u015ei noapte-n ochii lui c\u00e2nd m\u0103 privesc.\/\/ Nici tata prea posomor\u00e2t nu pare\/ Cu g\u00e2ndul dus la to\u0163i copiii lui.\/ Aici e prima lui \u00eenseninare? \/ M\u00e2hniri t\u00e2rzii ard smirn\u0103 \u00een c\u0103\u0163ui\u2026\/\/ Doar mama \u00eendr\u0103zne\u015fte s\u0103 m\u0103-nfrunte\/ C\u0103 o trezesc din somn. V\u0103d, numai ea\/ Mi-a\u015feaz\u0103 m\u00e2na rece peste frunte,\/ M\u00e2na fierbinte care-\u015fi ap\u0103ra\/ \u00cent\u00e2iul ei copil de-o piaz\u0103 rea\u201c (Spre to\u0163i ai mei). \u00cen aceast\u0103 mare capacitate evocatoare se cristalizeas\u0103, senin, \u00eentreaga poezie de dragoste pentru locurile natale, pentru p\u0103m\u00e2nturile Transilvane \u2013 coordonat\u0103 ce traverseaz\u0103 dominant \u00eentreaga crea\u0163ie liric\u0103 a lui Ion Brad: \u201eCel mai frumos din c\u00e2ntece mi-e \u0163ara!\/ \u00cei port \u015fi roua ierbii \u015fi rodnica povar\u0103\/ De g\u00e2nduri care voi, b\u0103tr\u00e2ni, le-nscrie\u0163i\/ \u00cen jertfe ce nu-ncap \u00een letopise\u0163i\/ Numai \u00een cronica de straturi dese\/ Cu care, drag, p\u0103m\u00e2ntul mai \u015ftie s\u0103 v-apese\u2026\/ C\u00e2nd dai de-o parte crusta de lespezi \u015fi le-ar\u0103\u0163i\/ Foiesc de biruin\u0163e \u015fi vetre \u015fi cet\u0103\u0163i,\/ Cuvintele-necate \u00een s\u00e2nge \u015fi-ntrerupte\/ Care-au \u015ftiut prin noaptea istoriei s\u0103 lupte\u2026\/ Le-auzi cum se r\u0103sfa\u0163\u0103 \u00een leag\u0103n dulce seara?\/ Cel mai frumos din c\u00e2ntece mi-e \u0162ara\u201c (Cel mai frumos din c\u00e2ntece).<br \/>\nDezinteresat de experimentele prozodice, \u00een care se \u00eentrec mai tinerii s\u0103i confra\u0163i, Ion Brad r\u0103m\u00e2ne modern prin tocmai \u015flefuirea cuv\u00e2ntului \u00een poeme ce continu\u0103 o frumoas\u0103 tradi\u0163ie de cantabilitate a versului, vibr\u00e2nd sub emo\u0163ia sincerit\u0103\u0163ii cu care via\u0163a \u00eens\u0103\u015fi este tr\u0103it\u0103 \u015fi decantat\u0103 \u00een poezie pur\u0103.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A fi ardelean, a apar\u0163ine unei provincii istorice a \u0163\u0103rii nu reprezint\u0103, desigur, un criteriu valoric \u015fi nu asigur\u0103 prin sine o anume cot\u0103 de calitate \u00een ierarhia culturii noastre.
