Preponderent, b\u00e2ntuie \u00eenstr\u0103inarea prin regiunea poetic\u0103, voce taciturn\u0103 vestind acute devitaliz\u0103ri. Salvarea va fi nuan\u0163at\u0103 oniric, ambient propice mult doritelor evaziuni estetice. Medita\u0163iile sunt \u00eenso\u0163ite de paradoxurile unui foc rece, colorat. Interioritatea, adecvat\u0103 ideal \u201esplendidelor gr\u0103dini ale aurului\u201c, este robit\u0103 deambul\u0103rilor specifice c\u0103ut\u0103rii acerbe: \u201ePiar\u0103 fiecare \u00een averea lui \u2013\/ mesele sobre dou\u0103 trei fructe exotice pe platoul argintat\/ \u015fi tot at\u00e2tea bucurii \u015fi tot at\u00e2tea cuvinte\/ mi\u015fc\u0103rile ridicole ale tac\u00e2murilor \u00een aerul \u00eenchis\/ \u015fi cuvintele \u00eenc\u0103p\u0103\u0163\u00e2nate care nu se mai descojesc\/ iar sub fereastra mohor\u00e2t\u0103 lunec\u00e2nd vedenia veacului:\/ o teras\u0103 de marmor\u0103 \u00eentins\u0103 c\u00e2t o c\u00e2mpie la cap\u0103tul c\u0103reia\/ abia se mai vede un mercenar din ce \u00een ce mai g\u00e2rbov\/ \u00eendep\u0103rt\u00e2ndu-se\/ abia se mai aud pa\u015fii lui din ce \u00een ce mai str\u0103ini\u201c. Din aceea\u015fi familie spirtual\u0103 cu j\u00e2l\u0163ul verde al lui Mihai Ursachi, jil\u0163ul de argint invocat de Ion Mure\u015fan se desparte de abisalitatea vinului, \u00eenclin\u00e2nd spre fluide mai echilibrate, mereu orientate spre elanuri imaginare. Exteriorul accentueaz\u0103 ominipoten\u0163a acelor \u015ftiute cinis et umbra, astfel c\u0103 se impune acest fior concluziv: \u201er\u0103u nu v\u0103 fac adev\u0103r nu v\u0103 spun\/ ci \u00eemi port boala: poemul acesta\/ ca un m\u0103r acru \u00een gur\u0103\u201c. Chagallian, \u201eun copil lunec\u00e2nd printr-o fereastr\u0103 afar\u0103\/ pluti un timp deasupra unui cartier m\u0103rgina\u015f\u201e, \u00eentr-o suprarealitate iernatic\u0103 fin desenat\u0103. Materia va suporta mereu rigorile contondente caracteristice destructur\u0103rii. Regimul nocturn provoac\u0103 expresii poetice mutabile, ajung\u00e2nd p\u00e2n\u0103 la semnificative \u201eurlete de spaim\u0103\u201c. Ermetizarea nu e dec\u00e2t o metod\u0103 de escamotare a vremurilor rele: \u201eSp\u0103l\u0103tur\u0103 sf\u00e2nt\u0103 iat\u0103-\u0163i chipul decupat\/ \u00eentr-o bl\u0103ni\u0163\u0103 de \u015foarece.\/ P\u0103streaz\u0103 semnul: c\u00e2nd soarele r\u0103sare deasupra m\u0103cel\u0103riei\/ \u015fi-i de aceea\u015fi culoare cu p\u00e2ntecele pe\u015ftelui oceanic\/ la fel de bine auzi cu urechea din carne de \u015fold\/ c\u00e2t cu urechea din carne de cap\u201c. La Ion Mure\u015fan sunt detectabile profunde filia\u0163ii cu poetica autorului acelor greu de uitat Amintiri din regiunea de odinioar\u0103, Virgil Mazilescu. Dac\u0103 la acesta solitudinea lua propor\u0163ii absolute (\u201esunt singur am inventat poezia \u015fi nu mai am inim\u0103\u201c), \u00een Cartea de iarn\u0103 particulariz\u0103rile ludice mai destind atmosfera dramatic\u0103: \u201eC\u00e2t\u0103 migal\u0103 c\u00e2t\u0103 migal\u0103 \u2013 exclam \u2013 \u015fi cu buze umede\/ \u00eemi s\u0103rut moartea pe boti\u015for\/ sunt singur repede m\u0103 ascund \u00eentr-o piele de cal \u015fi m\u0103 urc\/ \u00een fereastr\u0103\/ cei care trec v\u0103d \u00eentr-o fereastr\u0103 o piele de cal singur\u0103\/ \u00een sf\u00e2r\u015fit \u00eemi mai spun dovedesc sentimente mai bl\u00e2nde\/ fa\u0163\u0103\/ de propria-mi nebunie\u201c. Accep\u0163iunea saturnian\u0103 a versurilor e subliniat\u0103 de asemenea mesaje terminale: \u201eAt\u00e2t de singur \u00eenc\u00e2t pot s\u0103-mi \u00eenchipui ce a\u015f sim\u0163i dac\u0103 a\u015f\/ s\u0103ruta un p\u0103ianjen\/ \u015fi pot s\u0103-mi \u00eenchipui c\u0103 e at\u00e2ta de frig \u00eenc\u00e2t cuvintele crap\u0103\/ \u00een gur\u0103\/\u00a0 \u015fi pocnesc ca pietrele \u00een pustiu\u201c. Corporalitatea accentueaz\u0103 \u00eenfrico\u015farea, care \u00eemparte cadranul existen\u0163ial cu anumite momente jucate \u00eentru gratuitate, sporind incongruen\u0163ele \u00eenconjur\u0103toare. Ironia caracterizeaz\u0103 o suit\u0103 de ipostaze ale discursului poetic. Voca\u0163ie incontestabil\u0103, profesarea sistematicelor dezagreg\u0103ri na\u015fte versuri rare: \u201eTrebuie tat\u0103 s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2i \u00eentre lucrurile utile\/ eu voi pleca cu nebunii pe malurile r\u00e2ului la cules de\/ podbal\/ eu trebuie s\u0103 p\u0103strez memoria \u00een afara ordinii\/ \u00eenvelind-o \u00een nisipul ro\u015fu.\/\/ Trebuie tat\u0103 s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2i \u00eentre lucrurile utile\/ eu voi locui \u00een podul casei voi bea vinul tare\/ eu trebuie s\u0103 exprim acel sunet fantastic de t\u0103ios ce se\/ na\u015fte\/ c\u00e2nd numele se izbe\u015fte deasupra lucrului pe care \u00eel\/ denume\u015fte.\/\/ Trebuie tat\u0103 s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2i \u00eentre lucrurile utile\/ eu voi dansa frumos \u00een vis ar\u0103t\u00e2ndu-mi-se\/ felinare umbroase\u201c. Alchimiz\u0103rile sunt vegheate de elocven\u0163a \u201etrunchiului de alcool\u201c, \u00eenchipuind morganatice expedi\u0163ii spre zone intermediare cu specific atemporal. Persist\u0103 senza\u0163ia unui peisaj cromatic dedat acutiz\u0103rilor ritmice surprinz\u0103toare: \u201eEra cald \u015fi copii \u00ee\u015fi dezbr\u0103cau sufletele \u00een iarb\u0103\/ Lungindu-se l\u00e2ng\u0103 trupul femeilor moale ca o limb\u0103 de\/ bivol.\/ \u00cen vase de bostan b\u0103rba\u0163ii aduceau o ap\u0103 neagr\u0103\/ Semn al legii anotimpului prielnic\u0103 spre hotare\/\/ Deodat\u0103 \u0163ip\u0103t \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u00e2ndu-se spre apus\/ Venea iubita lui cea uitat\u0103 printre numele cailor\/ Cea cu subsuorile \u00eenrobite \u00een mireasm\u0103 de flaut&#8230;\/ \u00cen ierburi \u00eendep\u0103rtate trecea lumina peste verdele fals\u201c. Poemul Izgonirea din poezie constituie addenda volumului, transfigur\u00e2nd realitatea. Viziunile \u00ee\u015fi urmeaz\u0103 una alteia \u00eentr-o rela\u0163ie ce veste\u015fte mari expansiuni. Aceste versuri, c\u0103zute la cenzur\u0103 \u00een volumul din 1981, reliefeaz\u0103 condi\u0163ia artistic\u0103 \u00eentr-o lume expus\u0103 vernacularului: \u201eMuncitorii ies de la lucru.\/ Cu m\u00e2ini dibace rup bra\u0163ele, picioarele, smulg capul\/ poetului.\/ Le pun \u00een gen\u0163ile lor.\/ Acas\u0103 nevasta \u015fi copiii se bucur\u0103, cran\u0163, cran\u0163 fac din\u0163ii lor,\/ cran\u0163, cran\u0163.\/ \u00cen zilele \u00een care muncitorii \u015fi \u00eendr\u0103gosti\u0163ii nu g\u0103sesc statuia\/ poetului sp\u00e2nzurat\u0103\/ de poarta fabricii\/ \u00eenjur\u0103, \u00ee\u015fi manifest\u0103 nemul\u0163umirea pentru acest fapt\u201c.
