Programul a continuat cu demonstra\u021bii sus\u021binute de Laura Lauren\u021biu \u0219i chef Florin Kiss la chef\u2019s table, urmate de atelierul principal de g\u0103tit, \u00een care invita\u021bii au preg\u0103tit \u0219i degustat re\u021bete inspirate din gastronomia Banatului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meniul zilei a mers pe logica b\u0103n\u0103\u021bean\u0103 c\u0103 \u201ea mai fain\u0103 pas\u0103re e porcu\u2019\u201d: pork belly cu \u0219oric crocant, crumpi r\u00e2nt\u0103li\u021bi, crem\u0103 de hrean cu sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i mere caramelizate. Desertul a venit din zona de influen\u021b\u0103 \u0219v\u0103beasc\u0103: Topfennudli cu Rote Gr\u00fctze, un preparat \u201eca la Oma de la Wolfsberg\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La atelier au participat creatori de con\u021binut, influenceri, muzicieni prezen\u021bi la festival, jurnali\u0219ti timi\u0219oreni \u0219i membri ai echipei Amintiri Gustoase. Evenimentul a transformat masa \u00eentr-un spa\u021biu de \u00eent\u00e2lnire \u00eentre public, re\u021bete, grai local \u0219i pove\u0219ti culese din comunit\u0103\u021bile Banatului istoric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201eBanatul se \u00een\u021belege cel mai bine la mas\u0103. \u00cen fiecare re\u021bet\u0103 se \u00eent\u00e2lnesc familii, limbi, comunit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i diferite feluri de a tr\u0103i \u00eempreun\u0103. Pentru mine, bucuria acestui workshop a fost c\u0103 publicul de la G\u0103r\u00e2na a intrat direct \u00een povestea Banatului\u201d<\/em>, a declarat Laura Lauren\u021biu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u021au\u0219paisul este un preparat b\u0103n\u0103\u021bean cu legume, iar lud\u0103i\u021ba este denumirea local\u0103 a dovlecelului. Bunda\u0219ul este p\u00e2inea trecut\u0103 prin ou \u0219i pr\u0103jit\u0103, apropiat\u0103 de frig\u0103nele. P\u0103r\u0103daisa \u00eenseamn\u0103 ro\u0219ie, iar crumpii sunt cartofii. Topfennudli \u0219i Rote Gr\u00fctze trimit la influen\u021bele germane \u0219i \u0219v\u0103be\u0219ti din gastronomia Banatului, unde deserturile cu br\u00e2nz\u0103 dulce \u0219i fructe ro\u0219ii au r\u0103mas parte din memoria culinar\u0103 a comunit\u0103\u021bilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un proiect despre gust, comunit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i patrimoniu viu<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ac\u021biunea de la G\u0103r\u00e2na face parte din seria de document\u0103ri \u0219i ateliere interactive ale proiectului <em>\u201eBanatul e fruntea \u00een bucate! FR.ON.TEM. Monografie digital\u0103. Hran\u0103. Cultur\u0103. Comunit\u0103\u021bi\u201d<\/em>, demarat la mijlocul lunii iunie \u0219i dedicat re\u021betelor, oamenilor \u0219i comunit\u0103\u021bilor etnice din Banatul istoric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proiectul urm\u0103re\u0219te s\u0103 documenteze patrimoniul gastronomic local printr-o monografie digital\u0103 care va include re\u021bete, pove\u0219ti, podcasturi video, regionalisme \u0219i materiale multimedia despre comunit\u0103\u021bile din Banat. Prima localitate documentat\u0103 a fost Secusigiu, din jude\u021bul Arad, iar \u00een zilele premerg\u0103toare atelierului de la G\u0103r\u00e2na, echipele de jurnali\u0219ti, creatori de con\u021binut \u0219i exper\u021bi au \u00eent\u00e2lnit produc\u0103tori locali, p\u0103str\u0103tori de re\u021bete \u0219i oameni care duc mai departe tradi\u021biile culinare ale locului: de la Ovidiu Moat\u0103 (Dintre Dealuri) \u0219i mesele sale din Sadova Veche, la experien\u021bele culinare de la WeWilder Armeni\u0219, preparatele Mayei Craia din Eftimie Murgu \u0219i re\u021betele \u00een grai b\u0103n\u0103\u021bean p\u0103strate de \u0218tefania Bijan la Cornereva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201eBanatul are \u0219ansa de a-\u0219i spune povestea gastronomic\u0103 european\u0103 prin ceea ce are mai autentic: comunit\u0103\u021bi, memorie, diversitate \u0219i ospitalitate. Astfel de proiecte reconecteaz\u0103 publicul cu patrimoniul viu al regiunii \u0219i arat\u0103 c\u0103 gastronomia b\u0103n\u0103\u021bean\u0103 este, \u00eenainte de toate, o expresie a convie\u021buirii \u0219i a identit\u0103\u021bii locale\u201d, <\/em>a declarat Simona Neumann, director general al Visit Timi\u0219 \u0219i manager al programului \u201eBanat \u2013 Regiune Gastronomic\u0103 European\u0103 2028\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prin \u201eBanatul e fruntea \u00een bucate!\u201d, Cronicari Digitali continu\u0103 demersul Amintiri Gustoase, platforma dedicat\u0103 gastronomiei rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti ca parte a patrimoniului imaterial. Proiectul, sus\u021binut de Electrolux ca partener principal, pune \u00een lumin\u0103 re\u021bete rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, \u0219v\u0103be\u0219ti, s\u00e2rbe\u0219ti, italiene\u0219ti, ungure\u0219ti \u0219i slovace, dar \u0219i felul \u00een care acestea vorbesc despre convie\u021buire, toleran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i identitate local\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201ePentru Electrolux, buc\u0103t\u0103ria este un spa\u021biu \u00een care tehnologia, grija pentru ingrediente \u0219i respectul pentru tradi\u021bie se pot \u00eent\u00e2lni \u00een modul cel mai firesc. Ne bucur\u0103m s\u0103 sus\u021binem un proiect care aduce patrimoniul gastronomic mai aproape de public \u0219i \u00eel transform\u0103 \u00eentr-o experien\u021b\u0103 at\u00e2t de intens\u0103\u201d<\/em>, a declarat Teodora Juravle, director de marketing, Electrolux Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prezen\u021ba proiectului la G\u0103r\u00e2na Jazz Festival a adus gastronomia b\u0103n\u0103\u021bean\u0103 \u00een mijlocul unui public divers, obi\u0219nuit s\u0103 descopere cultura prin muzic\u0103, \u00eent\u00e2lniri \u0219i experien\u021be directe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201eG\u0103r\u00e2na Jazz Festival a fost mereu un loc al \u00eent\u00e2lnirilor culturale. Anul acesta, prin atelierul Amintiri Gustoase, publicul a descoperit Banatul \u0219i prin gust, nu doar prin muzic\u0103.
