Intrarea va fi liber\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 edi\u021bie exploreaz\u0103 bijuteriile ascunse ale cinematografiei franceze din anii 1910 \u0219i 1930 \u0219i propune capodopere precum serialul \u201eLes Vampires\u201d, primul lungmetraj realizat de Jean Renoir, dou\u0103 filme experimentale de Germaine Dulac \u0219i versiunea integral\u0103 a marelui succes \u201eLa roue\u201d, al lui Abel Gance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eCu o sut\u0103 de ani \u00een urm\u0103, cinematograful, aflat \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een perioada pubert\u0103\u021bii, \u00ee\u0219i c\u0103uta propria voce. Limbajul s\u0103u nu putea fi cel al teatrului, al literaturii sau artelor vizuale, deoarece \u00een joc era statutul s\u0103u de art\u0103. Lupta pentru autonomie \u00eencepuse. \u00cen acest context, una dintre rela\u021biile pe care le-a \u00eembr\u0103\u021bi\u0219at a fost cea cu tehnologia, \u00eens\u0103 a fi perceput doar ca o simpl\u0103 copie mecanic\u0103 a realit\u0103\u021bii nu reprezenta o identitate suficient de puternic\u0103. Astfel, \u00een Fran\u021ba, avangarda a devenit obsedat\u0103 de subiectivitate. Fascinat\u0103 de vise, fantezii \u0219i lumi interioare, aceasta urm\u0103rea s\u0103 dezv\u0103luie, prin suprapuneri, montaj ritmic, distorsiuni \u0219i mi\u0219c\u0103ri afective ale camerei, ceea ce ochiul uman nu putea percepe.<br \/>Arti\u0219tii \u00eencercau s\u0103 transforme obiectele \u00een prezen\u021be vii, consider\u00e2nd c\u0103 tehnologia posed\u0103 puteri mistice. Ei au numit acest fenomen \u201efotogenie\u201d. \u00cens\u0103, \u00een loc s\u0103 transceand\u0103 realitatea, ceea ce p\u0103rea s\u0103 se dezv\u0103luie era mecanismul uman al experien\u021bei acesteia, subiectivitatea noastr\u0103 aflat\u0103 \u00een mi\u0219care. Mediul filmului \u0219i al artelor vizuale s-a dovedit perfect, traduc\u00e2ndu-se \u00eentr-o gam\u0103 larg\u0103 de genuri, de la comedie la erotism. Aceast\u0103 diversitate de genuri \u0219i ambi\u021bii estetice nu poate fi egalat\u0103 dec\u00e2t de o varietate la fel de ampl\u0103 de formule de prezentare. De la acompaniament muzical live la dezbateri \u0219i performance-uri, festivalul \u201eMut \u00een francez\u0103\u201d invit\u0103 publicul s\u0103 reg\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 noi moduri de a se raporta la cinemaul mut.\u201d (fragmente din textul curatorial;
